We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on commissions charged by Payflow. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original transaction.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at support@payflow.app and we will help you complete the process.

For payments your clients have made to you through Payflow, the responsibility for refunds to the end client rests with you. If you authorize a refund, we can assist with reversing the corresponding payout — contact support.
